What problem does this solve?

When you export memories from Snapchat, they lose their original capture dates (showing only the download date), GPS location data is completely removed, and you're forced to download files one by one. This makes it impossible to organize your memories chronologically or by location. ExportSnaps fixes all of this.

Why doesn't Snapchat include capture dates in exports?
