What operating systems are supported?
Currently, we support macOS 12.0+ (both Intel and Apple Silicon processors) and Windows 10 1809+. The app requires macOS 12.0 or later, and Windows 10 version 1809 or later.
How do I install the app?
Download the appropriate version for your Mac processor (Intel or Silicon), open the .dmg file, and drag the app to your Applications folder. No additional installation steps required.
Do I need a license key to use the app?
Yes, you'll need a valid license key to activate the app. You can get a license key by subscribing to one of our plans on the website. The key is displayed in your dashboard after purchase.
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely. All processing happens locally on your device. Your Snapchat data never leaves your computer, ensuring complete privacy and security.
What if the app doesn't work on my Mac?
Make sure you're using the correct version (Intel vs Silicon) for your Mac. If you're still having issues, contact our support team and we'll help you troubleshoot.
Is Windows supported?
Yes, Windows 10 1809+ (version 1809 or later) is fully supported. Download the Windows version from the download page.
