1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ExportSnaps, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use ExportSnaps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the software
• Use the software for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the software
• Transfer the software to another person or "mirror" the software on any other server

3. Service Description

ExportSnaps is a desktop application that processes Snapchat export files locally on your device. The software reads JSON metadata and applies it to your media files. All processing happens locally - no files are uploaded to our servers.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• All activities that occur under your license
• Making backups of your original files before processing
• Ensuring you have the right to process the files you use with our software

5. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExportSnaps be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. This policy is in place because:

• We provide a comprehensive free version for evaluation before purchase
• Our software is delivered digitally and cannot be "returned"
• License keys are activated immediately upon purchase
• This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing

We strongly encourage all users to try our free version first, which allows processing of up to 200 files and includes all core functionality, to ensure the software meets their needs before making a purchase.

8. Cancellation Policy

ExportSnaps is a one-time purchase, not a subscription service. There are no recurring charges to cancel. Once you purchase a license, it's yours to use indefinitely.

No Cancellations: Since this is a one-time purchase of a software license, there are no cancellations available. The purchase is final upon completion of the transaction.

License Deactivation: In the event of a violation of these terms of service, we reserve the right to deactivate your license key, which will prevent access to the Pro features of the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application.
